Hello Everyone!
Oh my word! I can't believe Austin and Amy have been married for a week! Weird? I kept telling Sister Hofheins that...haha... she to like to tease me about all the weird things I do and say...weird right? haha! But it looks like you two had so much fun and that you are doing great! :) Sounds like the race went well! I could just picture it perfectly! All the flags lined up and the Star spangled Banner blaring before everyone started the race! Man! Send me the t-shirt!  :) I  am not going to lie...it is weird when it is getting to be summer time and I am in Indiana and not Redfish! Been there since I was 5 years old!! That is going to be an adjustment! It is starting to get humid and hot here! (or I am just a baby and can't take the heat) but any who...its getting warm! :)

This week was great! We were able to go on exchanges and I went with Sister Barrett. She is so sweet and an excellent missionary! I learned a lot from her and I am excited to take the goals I have set and put them into action! :) We found a new investigator and we were able to personally contact like 20 people! I LOVE personal contacting! It is like a little game for me "try and pick what they need in 5 seconds"  I enjoy it! :)

So, the Wendy's guy had to leave last week. We have his address and so missionaries are going to go over to the place where he moved to! We have his email and so we will just pray! He is in Jacob right now in the Book of Mormon! Man! I live for experiences like this! :)

Dirk is out and doing great!!! He came to church on Sunday and he loved it! He is in Mosiah in the Book of Mormon and he is trying to live the Word of Wisdom!?  He is struggling with the coffee thing...I told him to drink chocolate milk instead and he said he loves chocolate milk! haha So...pray! :)

We found three new investigators this week! It was so great! All were such wonderful miracles! One that really sticks out to me is Beth...we were on our way to visit a less active and Beth was in her yard...we asked her if we could help and we began talking. We told her the story of the Book of Mormon and she was so excited! She asked if she could have a copy of the Book of Mormon and we told her No......haha... JUST KIDDING! We have an appointment with her tomorrow!

Man! Miracles are happening everyday! Sister Hofheins and I got to teach the relief society lesson this Sunday and it went really well!  Carlos came to church as well! Also...three of the less active family we have been working with! So it was a great Sunday!! So, we were happy about that! God is with us everyday! We are so close with a lot of our investigators..there are on the edge of the diving board and they just need to jump! Faith is an ACTION! That principle couldn't be more true!

Well, to the one I love oh so much! You are all the best! I pray that Mom had a good B-day as well as Allie, Uncle Blair, and Aunt Robin! Now Happy Birthday to Brookie and Harry! I love you all! I pray for you a million times a day! Family is where it is at! I love you and have a great week!
Love,
Sister Clegg the 3rd! :)

HOLA!!!!!!
Wow....my Brother is married! WOW! I saw all the pictures and loved every single one of them! The bride and groom looked stunning! Might I add the three young men in suits looked incredible! Mom and Callie you looked like you had just come from Heaven - and Dad...you didn't look too bad yourself! You all looked wonderful and so happy! It was so fun to open my email and see all the people I love -  dressed up so beautifully and happy!  I thought of you all day but I made sure to work hard so that way the weather was perfect for you in Jerome, Idaho!  I wore your wedding colors (Thank you Mom- so thoughtful!)  I had moments were I knew I was there in spirit! Wow! I am so happy for the newly wed couple!  Proud Sister Missionary! :) I will send a picture of me in my wedding outfit for you all! :) haha! I am happy to hear Harry and Callie got down on the dance floor!  I would have killed to see that!? :) Please tell me someone video'd that?
My Wedding Outfit - Same Colors - Thank you Mom!

This week was perfect! I have never been filled with sure gratidude in all my life! I witnessed God's grace everyday and how thankful I am! We had Zone conference this week and I LOVED it! It was incredible! President talked about how we all have "one shot" at being the best missonary we can be and we get to decide how we want to "shoot". I walked out of that chapel feeling like I was ready to baptize Indiana! He inspires me and I have really been focused this week on giving it my all! I am so thankful for the inspired conference we had!
                                                             Me and my Companion!!

Some miracles I would like to share!

#1-Monday...Dirk got out of JAIL!! :) He called us first thing and said how much he missed us and couldn't wait to see us! He was so so sweet! We met with him on the wedding day! :) On Saturday! He brought up himself being baptized and he asked when he could do that! We may have to get some permission and strings pulled but, we will see what we can do! So, what a miracle! :) We are meeting with him tonight and will continue to till we can take him for a swim! :)

Miracle #2- We were out visiting some less actives and while we were running around, we felt prompted to go to a family who is typically there every Sunday and seems to be doing fairly well, but when the spirit says...we go! So, we went and knocked on their door asked if we could share a message and turns out, they had probaly the hardest week of their lives. They totally opened up to us and told us about they were praying that morning for some help. They felt alone and depressed. They could not have been more sweet and expressing how much they needed us. They all were very emotional. I know God answers prayers! I know that he works through his servants. I know that he loves each of us unconditionally!

#3- Oh man, you are going to like this one! So, the Wendy's dude who we met right after I saw Brennen! We met with him this week and taught him about the restoration, it was a great lesson and the spirit was there for sure! We invited him to pray to know if the BOM was true and if JS was a prophet. He said he would and the next morning we got a text from him, telling us about his experience! He said that he had not prayed in over 10 years and he prayed four times in one day! Through a bunch of events in his day he said that he knew that God answers prayers. He said he knew that JS was a prophet of God and that the BOM was the word of God! He knows! We went and visited him the next night and commited him to be baptized. He said that he would!!!! He has Word of Wisdom things but he is amazing! He is incredible! So, after that "high" a few days later he said that he had just had a family emergency and he has to go back to Washington for good. He promised us he would continue to take the missionary discussions and I have his email so I can teach him via...email! :) I wish I could see him get baptized but, I how happy I am to be apart of that miracle! This is for sure the Lord's work! :)

Man...I could go on and on! There were so many this week! I think Heavenly Father knew I needed it! I have a strong testimony that God does in deed answer prayers. I know he listens and I know he cares.  Christ can change people's nature, their very being. He can change hard hearts into humble truth seeking discipleship. The atonement is real. I know that God lives. He loves us. I want to return to him one day. I desire my brothers and sisters to as well, how blessed I am to have a "shot" at inviting others to come to Christ. I love this gospel! It makes me so happy. I am truly happy!!! :)
I  love you all! You are all incredible and the light of my life! :) Have a wonderful week and as President always says "God bless you in this Great work!"

Love,
Sister Clegg the 3rd :)

Hello Everyone!

Wow...it was so good to hear all of your voices yesterday! You all sounded so good! It was the best thing ever! Mom...I hope you know you have influenced my life more then I can ever describe! I hope your Mothers Day was the best!  Wow! I love you all so much! It was such a treat to be able to hear from you all! :)

This week was wonderful! Transfer week..there are 250 missionaries in the mission and 200 of those missionaries came to transfer meeting!  I would say that President switched things up! :)  6 new Elders and 6 new Sisters arrived to the mission..one of them being my companion!  :) Sister Hofheins! She is so sweet! She is from Orem, Utah and turned 19 the day she arrived to the MTC! Cool ugh? She is amazing and we are going to become better missionaries and people together! I am excited to go hit the ground running! This week was wonderful! We had a lot of less actives come to church that we have been working with and Carlos. So, that was great! We have a knew ward missionary leader and we are excited to get working with him! Overall this week I have learned so much! I am thankful for the Atonement. I have so many weaknesses, but I get to make my weaknesses become strengths. How comforting and motivating! Feeling so thankful for the message of hope because of the Atonement of Jesus Christ! The mission is one of the best things I have ever done and I am so happy to be here in Indiana! Heavenly Father has blessed me so much!

Saying Goodbye to Sister Warner... Love her!

May 3, 2014

Hello!!!

Oh my word! I can not tell you how awesome this week was seeing Brenny boy! Literally the best moment! I will never forget that day... I am so thankful for a Mission President who allowed it to happen! It would have killed me to know Brennen was a half an hour away and not be able to see him! It was so good to see you Brenny! Really! I will send pictures (even though I know you already got some...I will do it again!) :) Awww...I can not really describe it! Brennen you look so good and Sister Warner is convinced that we are the same person! (I take that as a huge compliment) :)

This week was full of miracles and I cannot deny that God's hand was in all 100%. We knew that Sister Warner was probably leaving this transfer so we pulled "It's Sister Warner's last week" card and rounded up the less actives and former investigators we haven't been able to meet with as much as met with them! Miracles flowed because of it! One of our less active ladies we have been working with for about a month and half came to church!  Linda dropped us about a month ago and we were able to meet with her this week and she came to church as well!!! :) It was so fun! This week was one week I will never forget that is for sure!

So, just after I got to see Brennen ...we went and did what we do best...knock doors!!! :) We stopped at Wendy's before that to go to the bathroom really quick and we began talking to this man as we were on our way out. He is a sales guys for Dish One so we instantly had something in common. (We both on knock on doors!)  We began to tell him about what we do and about the church. We then invited him to come to church with us. We gave him our phone number and parted ways. (thinking he probably wouldn't come) Sunday morning rolls around, we get a text from the Wendy's guy! He needed a ride! We called some members and he came to church! We gave him a Book of Mormon and just like that we know have a new investigator! It was a miracle and something I had been praying for. His name is Jeremiah! It was the best!

It was such a great week! I have learned a lot! Holy! Well, this week is transfer week and so naturally we got a call from President last night to see who would be leaving and what not.  I AM STAYING! YAY! But....there is a catch.....I will be Training! YIKES! I am freakin out! I don't know what the heck I am doing...and  I am supposed to train? Wooo...please pray for me! I know this is going to be one heck of a growing time for me but, bring it on! (I think) I am scared out of my mind but, here we go! :) So, that means I will have the privilege of staying in Westfield for 6 months! "Westfield is the best field!" :)
Well, I get to talk to you this week! I can hardly believe it! I am so excited! I love you all so much! You are all so busy but, please know I love you all and that you are thought! Thank you for all you do! Love you!

Love,
Sister Clegg the 3rd :)
